Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard UK - £3.50.  Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, via Royal Mail First Class, and should arrival within approximately 3-4 working days of the date your order is placed.  Please note that Royal Mail timescales are not guaranteed by Royal Mail themselves.  If you have not received your order within 5 working days then please contact us. 

International Europe and UK Islands - £9.50.  Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, via Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service.  Delivery timescales vary by county.  Please allow at least 3-8 working days.  Orders are trackable up to the point of entry into their destination country.

International Rest of World - £15.00.  Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, via Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service.  Delivery timescales vary by county.  Please allow at least 5-10 working days.  Orders are trackable up to the point of entry into their destination country.

Heavy Items and Large Numbers of Items

Additional charges may apply for heavier orders containing many items.  Where this is the case we will contact you for approval.  Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the order is cancelled before it is shipped). 

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order.  At this time, you can ship your order to only one location (although this does not need to be your billing address).  If you wish to send items to more than one address you will need to place an order for each separate shipping destination.  We appreciate that this may cause inconvenience and apologise in advance for having done so.
